I feel the Clazzio Custom Seat Covers # AL-EAFOB7229BK for your 2018 Ford F-150 are just as good as most other custom seat covers. These covers have a lot of quality others overlook and the anti-bacterial and anti-odor coatings are something not everyone uses.

I called my contact at Covercraft and asked about the bucket seats you have in your 2011 Tacoma TRD.

I may have a solution for you, but DuHa does not make an underseat locking gun storage box for any mid size trucks like the 2016 Chevy Colorado. Both of the bike carriers you mentioned are nice and have some great features.
The carrier I like is the Apex Swing 4 Bike Rack, part # TH9027XT. I like this rack because it swings entirely out of the way even with the carrier loaded when you need rear cargo access. This carrier has a locking cable in the mast to secure the bikes to the carrier and help deter theft.

We haven't installed either Draw-Tite # 76209 or # 36644 on a 2018 Subaru Impreza so I can't tell you the exact measurements on your car but I went out to our warehouse (safety toe covers and all) and compared the two hitches.

I personally would choose the Yakima RidgeBack 2 Bike Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Tilting # Y02457 over the Thule Parkway. I prefer the button tilt over the pin and I really like the ratcheting ZipStrip straps. They are easy to use and work great. I do recommend the Yakima HandCuff Cable Lock for RidgeBack and SwingDaddy Bike Racks # Y02466 to secure your bikes to the carrier.
